Shipping Policy – CHICK NYC
At CHICK, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as
possible. All orders are processed within an estimated 2 to 5 business days from the
moment payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods,
processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed of any
significant delays.
We currently ship both within the U.S. and internationally, based on the shipping
address provided at checkout. All packages are shipped via trusted carriers with
tracking available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your
tracking number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping
address. CHICK is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the
customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, the original
shipping cost and the return shipping are at the customer’s expense, unless the item
was defective or shipped in error.
Important: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional
charges such as taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by their country at
the time of delivery. CHICK does not cover or assume responsibility for these
additional costs.
