Return Policy

At CHICK NYC, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. For that reason, we accept returns within 21 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in perfect condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, stains, makeup marks, odors, or damage, and these items will be sent back to the customer.

Returns made after the established period or of items that do not meet the required conditions will be declined. If the returned items are deemed unacceptable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles. If your return meets the conditions and was purchased at full price, you may request a refund or store credit, according to your preference. 


Please note that store credits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, original shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, especially for returns sent from outside the United States.

CHICK is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. In the case of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open a case review before authorizing a return. If it is determined that the item is not faulty, the return will be denied.

CHICK reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy does not limit or replace any rights granted to you under current consumer protection laws.
